About Us

F&H BLACKTOP SEALING has provided asphalt maintenance services for over 30 years. In that time we have achieved an outstanding record of reliability and quality. Over the years, F&H has had the privilege of being the EXCLUSIVE distributor and applicator of JENNITE PREMIUM SEALER for the North Central region of the state. JENNITE is the original and highest QUALITY pavement sealer available anywhere. Jennite is applied only by certified applicators that have been trained and approved by Neyra Industries, Inc.

We at F&H have worked for many local companies and individuals and are proud of our record of SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.  F&H BLACKTOP SEALING has the most modern equipment and products to handle even the largest pavement maintenance projects efficiently and effectively. Our field operators have received training in the most updated application techniques by the equipment and product manufacturers.

F&H BLACKTOP SEALING can offer you up to three types of sealing systems. Our standard grade system is our Conventional Sealing System, our middle grade is an Epoxy fortified sealer, and the highest grade is the Premium Jennite System.

The main reasons we recommend the JENNITE PREMIUM SEALING SYSTEM:

1. Jennite has hot rubber blended into the refined coal tar base prior to emulsification. This is not done with conventional sealers
2. Jennite’s high solids formation (52-54%) is designed for application with low water dilution. Conventional sealers solids formation (45-50%) is designed for up to 45% water dilutions. For this reason the Jennite Protective Coating System gives you a 40% more sealant buildup on the pavement resulting in Greater Wearability.
3. Jennite’s low water dilution enables the contractor to greatly increase the sand loading. This enhances traction and wear.
